Planting Hope by Summit Atelier

Planting Hope is a NonProfit started by Summit Atelier. A percentage of each planter sold from Summit Atelier goes to The Hartford Homeless Foundation charity to give basic daily supplies to the homeless people of Hartford, CT. This logo combines the idea of the reclaimed wood, earth tones and the love shared through this charity
